Edward and Elizabeth Matthews were the wizarding world's evilest duo. They were notorious for torturing and killing half-bloods and muggle borns and causing havoc in the muggle world. Countless times they threatened the security of the wizarding world by exposing their magical abilities to muggles.
At the beginning of James Potter's sixth year his parents captured the duo and handed them to the Ministry where they were promptly locked in Azkaban, leaving their sixteen year old daughter forced to spend her final years of childhood in an orphanage. Victoria Matthews hated Charles and Dorea Potter but she hated their son more. He had everything she didn't and so she was going to take it away from him
That's why in her sixth year she dropped out of the school she had been shoved in so she could start planning her revenge.
James, oblivious to Victoria's plans, finished his sixth year in high hopes. He was the closest he'd ever been to getting Lily Evans as his girlfriend. His grades were good and his pranks were better. The Marauders were in their prime and he couldn't wait for his seventh year. How naïve of him...
