Tasia Brown is not the average 19-year old cheerleader. She always voices her opinion and never lets anyone walk over her. She's also not the stereotypical cheerleader who everyone thinks is mean and dumb. Once she graduates and attends Northwestern in Illinois, she meets star football player Jerome Robinson at a football game. He is, of course, the stereotypical arrogant football player who seems to find interest in the girl who is playing hard to get. After months of bickering about who is more arrogant, these two finally get together. However while these two are travelling to the next football game, they experience a tragic event that changes everything.
