A money obsessed young man toils away secretly in the dungeons beneath his home. A widely known eccentric of the city he lives in, various powers tip-toe around him out of respect and fear.
"Try to rob me? I'll make you into experimental materials."
"When I'm done? Death would be a luxury."
"You work for nobility? So what?"
"Scream all you want. No one can hear you."
The would-be necromancer will find a treasure trove of the oldest, darkest sect the continent had ever known. He will rise to prominence and even the heavens will shake upon his ascension. That is, if he can get passed his obsession with money, an idiotic death knight, and an infatuation with his crow familiar bordering on deviant.

Imilaris in a largely unknown world with a small pantheon of young gods. Hoping to create their Utopia, they took humans and made them more than what they were previously. Magic, power, beauty, all the things people covet were granted to them from their gods. But there would always be someone wishing to have more. In their pursuit of greed, people built gates, some of which lead to laces that should not be visited. The Utopia build by gods gets invaded by demons and gods struggle to overcome their invasion. Their success is limited, confining the demons to the eastern part of their world. Twenty odd years ago, a Demon Lord rose up and once again upset the balance of the world. With another invasion, he conquered the world and eradicated the most magnificent race in the world and robbing their goddess of her people. Soon after, the Demon Lord is betrayed, his empire crumbling. The goddess is on the brink of death, the last princess of her people enslaved and abused and with no way to help her. The Path of the Adventurer
Here is an epic fantasy story set in my D&D world that I wrote not only for fans of RPGs and fantasy in general, but for all my friends. This story about my character Erion, a young elven warrior; and his many allies and enemies in the kingdom of Briarbeth. In this vast story, you'll meet daring heroes, joy-bringing mages, ruthless orcs and more. This novel has a multitude of inspirations and influences, chief among them being Dungeons and Dragons, The Lord of the Rings & The Hobbit, and The Legend of Zelda. I even take cues from anime such as Little Witch Academia, and favorite video games like Super Mario 64, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and various JRPGs like Chrono Trigger. Look closely, and you may find subtle references to some of the aforementioned franchises at different points in the book :) Just a little warning: The story, especially the first couple of chapters, starts off with a several common fantasy tropes and clichés at first glance (e.g. elves and orcs, an old wizard with a pointy hat and a grey beard, taking treasure from dragon etc.), but it will grow into something a bit more unique as the story progresses. Please forgive my usage of Tolkienesque tropes, as I came up with the concept of the series when I was only fourteen (At the time I was making it in the style of old school fantasy, so what can you expect :p). Even I, as the creator will say it is cliched or stereotypical in some aspects. I only refuse to change them due to spending a lot of time with them during my high school years (And tbh i love elves/dwarves/orcs fantasy). With that aside, I hope that you will love my fantasy universe full of adventure and lore. Now sit back, relax, and embrace yourself for a magical adventure with Erion and his friends! A man with a seriously messed up life and a load of mental problems made a lot of mistakes in his life but one stands above the rest. The story is about one man with a broken mind doing everything he can to try and make up for the wrong he did and find the woman he loves. This story is very intense and isn't for light reading. I think of the story like this: This isn't the story of a hero slaying a dragon and rescuing the princess. Nor is this a story about a hero who triumphs over evil and rescues the maiden in peril. This is the story of a man, who fights as much with himself, as he does the world around him. He is no hero, he is simply a man, trying to make the best he can of himself, and fix what he broke. He is both the protagonist, and antagonist of this story, because he does as much harm to himself as he does good.Complete
