Beneath the Darkness

Cold. Dark. Pain. That was all Colette could think after she was tossed out of that car window. Although she was only 3, she could tell that she had never seen these woods. She wanted to go home. She wanted to be safe. She tried to get up. Her leg twisted under her. She cried out in pain. She lied there, helplessly and in terrible pain. Her three year old body couldn't take it. She passed out.
