Pan let the silence hang in the tent between them, you could have cut the tension with a butter knife. "You think I've enchanted you into falling for me? Oh Pan, if you're attracted to me, you've done that all by yourself.". Those were the only words Pan needed to send him crashing over the edge of sanity.
