"I like you!" He yelled with conviction. "No, checked that... I love you." The last words are barely audible but I still heard them.

He's looking at me straight in the eyes. But I did not speak any word after his revelation. What would I say? 'Thank you? But sorry, I don't feel the same way?' I can't do that, obviously never in my life.

"Aren't you gonna say something?" umiling siya. He looked lost and defeated.
Lumapit siya sa akin at hinawakan ang mga kamay ko. Napatingin ako sa mga kamay namin. His hands are so cold and they're trembling. He gently squeezed my hands.

I know, even before he said those words, he was extra sweet and caring to me because he feels something towards me but I didn't do anything. Yes, definitely I'm pathetic but I could safely say that I'm not reading with the book turned upside down.

"Make me fall." I faintly say looking at his bloodshot eyes.

"Wh-what?" nalilito niyang tanong sa akin.

"I said, make me fall..." I hope I won't regret this someday. "Do something and make me fall in love with you."
