"I love you, Fay." Aiden looked me in the eyes.
"Then why are you leaving me? And why to California?" My eyes brimmed with tears.
"It's complicated. I'll still text and call you, Faith." He reached from my hand.
"Is it for another girl? Are you leaving me for someone else?"
"Well, if you put it that way, yes, I'm leaving to see a girl."
That's all I needed to hear. I snatched my hand from his and ran down the street.
I heard my name being called, but I ignored it.

I laughed with my brother.
"That's so stupid! Why would anyone stick macaroni in their nose?" I bent down like a crooked seven.
"He was drunk, Fay!"
It had been 3 years since I had last seen Aiden. I ignored his all of his calls and deleted his contact.
My brother and I were in line at an amusement park for a water ride. We decided to come to California for a little vacation. You know, a little sister, brother, time.
We laughed as the line moved along and the people from the boat got off.
As I looked at the boat, I saw someone familiar.
There was a boy with chocolate eyes and brown hair. He was talking to the girl next to him.
