After so many years, Blake reappears in the Winchesters lives with her girlfriend, who struggles to find truth in Blake's sea of lies though she would never admit it, too many things don't add up. Blake and her partner reappear and then disappear in the Winchesters lives until one of them leaves for good making the other stick around. 

To find help with the Mark of Cain, Sam and Dean must seek out answers in people they never thought would have them. Those answers lead to more questions and someone's big secret being revealed which could threaten her life.

Sweet fluff ensues, and it's soon after that Dean learns Cas' biggest secret. He is also faced with emotions he has never felt before, especially in regards to Cas. He finds himself jealous and angry when he sees Cas with Luke, and at his brother's suggestion he decides to confront his true feelings for his best friend, and tell him how he really feels.
