Naman is overjoyed the day that he receives his very own drum. He uses it to express his feelings and emotions so that those around him can understand more about who he is, especially the people he loves the most. Everyone has their own drum and everyone plays their experience and their life through their own music. But once Naman and his family move to a new home he quickly learns that not all people play beautiful melodies or sing pretty songs with their drums. Through an extremely aggressive and unhappy neighbor Naman begins to understand that some people never find any peace or joy to incorporate into the beats they play. But Naman perseveres and realizes that it doesn't matter if others accept or reject his own unique beat; what's important is that he allows himself the freedom to sing out his joy and his contentment regardless of others reactions.
