Bethan Lesterine- Bethan's parents "disappeared" when she was five years old, due to a massive wave pulling her parents under. No one for sure knows if Bethan's parents are dead or alive, but they did leave behind an envelope for Bethan to open when she turned thirteen. 17 year old, Josslynn, is living with her boyfriend and his mother due to her parents sudden death when she was only 11 years old. After her parents death she wasn't always living with her boyfriend. Her two older siblings, Jordyn and Josiah, had just turned 18 a couple of months before her parents death so they got custody of Josslynn. Although they were glad they had Josslynn, they knew they weren't ready to take care of her. Josslyn stayed with them for a total of two months before Josiah moved away and Jordyn asked their neighbors to take care of Josslynn. Josslynn was confused on why they had left but was holding on to Jordyn's promise that she would come visit her soon. 6 years pass by and she hasn't heard from Jordyn or Josiah.
