Dear Diary,
Today I got the worst news I could possibly hear. My best friends were meeting my ex girlfriend (who I met online) behind my back.
I don't know what to say. I feel utterly betrayed. Like everything I believed was a lie, like I couldn't even trust my own reflection.
It's late, and I feel sick. But mostly, I feel alone. I don't have anyone to talk to this about because honestly it's like anyone I could trust with this sort of thing has stabbed me in the back.
I'll end my first entry quickly, because thinking about this makes me want to burst.

INSPIRED BY A TRUE STORY
Alex Black always knew she was different. All her life she was the outcast, the one in the edge of the friend group, not really sure what was going on and never invited anywhere. It didn't bother her that much, as she had other ways of making friends. In fact, she even met a girl called Izzy this way. She seemed perfect, being gorgeous and funny and with similar common interests, it was like Alex hit the jackpot.
Except she hadn't, because this girl, the love of her life that she met online, was a cruel girl, that was narcissistic and unsympathetic and didn't care about other people feelings. She just did whatever pleased her, and to her, Alex pleased her.
After a rough breakup, Alex is about to find out that teenage life doesn't have to be all heart break and first loves. It can be anything she wants it to be.

Side note: never fall for your fake boyfriend. When my best friend convinced me to write a love letter to my crush, I didn't expect it to all go south. You know the old saying fake it til you make it? Well my best friend took that a little too seriously. Caitlyn came up with a crazy scheme to help me finally get the guy I had been crushing on for three years. Her plan was a little unorthodox to say the least.
