Scott is a hard-core believer in true love. How could he not be, considering all the successful relationships surrounding him? His parents are going on their 35th wedding anniversary, his sister is newly married, his best friend is engaged, and half of the students in his 3 PM discussion section seem to be deeply infatuated with one another. "Dear Scott, I always knew you and Mitch would end up together. I know we never officially met, but Kirstie told me all about you. She said that you and Mitch will love each other and will be perfect together. If that's true, Scott, I want you to promise me a couple of things.
