They had fired me on the spot, I tried to put up a fight, but let's just say I got hit by a "Serious Punch". I had packed up my stuff to adventure the land, but while I was packing I had realized that everyone was look looking at the sky with terror. Questioning what was in the sky I dashed out the house to see the phenomenon with racing with some fear.
I look up with the sun, blinding me for couple of sec, but eventually I saw "Boku no Pico"(if u haven't seen it, watch it). From just the split second of looking at the screen, it was enough to bring me to my knees with terror. I thought that it was all over, the world has made its judgement, but with the last thing I heard was an explosion, causing me to blackout.
I had woken up from a bed to find myself in a jail cell,"Just a dream" then a person with a uniform had walked to my cell "U awake kid?" I paused in hesitation and nodded "Good, because you're under arrest!" "Wait what! I didn't do anything!" "Oh really look out the window" the guy smirked. I had looked behind to see a wall made of glass, to later see a fraction of the city gone, "How did this ha--!" no way did the dream actually? "Hey, Guy" 'MY NAME IS YUU!" "...anyways what happened". My heart was racing with the anticipation, if it's real then should i lie or tell the truth. "A blimp was in the sky with a T.V attached, everyone thought news was about to be told or an ad for a object, but it was Boku no Pico being displayed However after a minute or two something when to the sky and the blimp exploded, we still don't know what caused it to appear let alone explode, and then we brought you here, so are you going to answer or not?"

A fiery like pain struck the part of my arm that was grabbed. "Ow fuck-" I was turned around to see Liam up close to me. He pushed me up against the gate that was blocking out the forest. A few months ago, I bought a mug with gold gilt. On sale. Not a gift either nor because of an occasion to remember by it. Just plain, pretty mug for 15PLN. I drank my coffee from it since. I spat loose tea leaves into it. It never felt particularly significant. An ordinary object. Only when I lost it, I realised its true value. I sat comfortably at my desk one evening. Looking at my phone, I reached to take my song-text notebook. Trivial situation. My clumsy fingers were unable to avoid the mug. They allowed it to topple over, to slip from the desktop. Even though I did not see the split-second occurrence, I felt the pressure of unease. My head painted the trajectory of the fall on its own, the shattering, spillage. The loss. For a millisecond I still had hope, that I would be able to catch the mug, that I would be able to avoid what was about to happen. But I knew I was headed for failure. I don't have any superpowers. I only scalded my fingers. I looked at the mug's new shape for a long while, at the shattered pieces. At the spilling liquid. Our adventure came to an end. Irrevocably. I won't be drinking coffee from it anymore, nor spit tea leaves into it. Well. I shouldn't be sad, it was just a regular mug, just like thousands of others. I grew to like it, it kept me company throughout hundreds of warm drinks. I lost it. I hate this feeling the most. In the moment when I am losing something, I stop in my tracks, I hold my breath. It is always a very intense moment. A short one, but one that gives me the tight unpleasant feeling in my stomach. The feeling of loss is always accompanied by hope. Silly and naïve. Making me believe so strongly, that I can make it. That I will still be able to catch the mug mid-flight. Anyway, there's this very romantic scene by the end of the movie when Jerry made this very heartfelt and passionate declaration to his wife. Those words would melt you into a puddle and make you burst into tears thinking, "I want to have that kind of love!" Well that very sweet scene did not happen on this story, not all of it anyway. Don't get me wrong it was heart wrenching, very much so, and there was a passionate declaration. But instead of saying the oh so loving, oh so sweet and oh so scripted "I love you. You complete me..." like Jerry did in the movie, my 'mate', the other half of my soul and the one who 'completes' me said, "I hate you. I wish you were dead!" We live in a cynical world and we work on a business of tough competitors. Why would my mate want to be with me? He'd be shunned and be forever laughed at.
