Margaret (Peggy/Peg) Marina Max was born in 1952 to Angela and Patrick Max. She's an only child and was studying at Butler University to become a teacher in Indianapolis. Her powers are emotional reading, sharing, and manipulation. She can control and harness electricity (turn on and off lights, create safety fields, wipe out cities/ power grids) and use it in its raw form or mold it into a useable dagger. Her informal superhero name used by the law and the public is Madam Volt.
