The second Dan finished the song, he knew. As he watched Phil's eyes sparkle and his smile light up, Dan knew he was caught.

He couldn't stop staring at the sun, and he didn't care if he went blind, because it was worth it to look at Phil, to look at the sun in all its glory.

"Did.. Did you like it?" Dan breathed, but he knew the answer, he saw it in those blue eyes.
