Expecting the unexpected is always easier said than done. Especially for two young medical students so close to achieving their dreams of becoming physicians. Both having gone through recent heart breaks, they swore to focus on their careers now and find love later. However, life seems to have other plans for the two girls: Madeline and Sheena. Accepting an opportunity of a lifetime to intern for the rest of their medical school years in Jeju Island, South Korea, these girls are faced with the unexpected. Two boys hiding from the spot light will enter their lives and the girls must now battle more than the stresses of long hours at the hospital and patients. Can these four learn to embrace the unexpected?
