Only one comes out alive and is crowned victorious and gets to parade around like they're proud of what they had done. The other 23 get a ceremony and the victor has to watched the family of the fallen tribute mourn their death. You can't show feeling. No sadness. No remorse. No grief. No mercy. Nothing.
