After the government collapsed, America turned for the worst. With no one to keep order crime sky rocketed and ordinary people changed to savages as food resources decreased. After a while someone stepped up and took control. With a private army they sealed off America and began exterminating the old citizens and keeping a select few. They started their own civilization. One that would not collapse because it had order and was strict. Do what you're told and you'll live. They repopulated and divided the nation into Colonies. It ranged from Colony A to Colony z.
