Sure, that happens somewhere along the way, but not in the way you'd expect it. This story is about Scarlett. Scarlett is the school slut: the stunningly beautiful girl that wears revealing clothing and apparently "sleeps around." Scarlett also happens to be dating the hot, athletic "it" boy. You got it, the one who falls in love with the cute nerd. Scarlett's whole life is one clićhe, except for a catch: Scarlett isn't actually a slut. She doesn't sleep around, she hates short skirts, and she does care for her boyfriend. It's all just an act, one that helps her feel protected from her rough past.
