  Enter Devin Kyle, a very charming football friend of Dean in Northwest High, that will bring Adeline's unhealed pieces back to the present and show her how beautiful those pieces are, with the intention of taking care of her like what a big brother would do. But will his interception stay that way forever? If so, will Adeline leave Dean forever to return Devin's love that is not more than what is meant?
