Left behind on a world doomed for disaster, a handful of survivors struggle to forge a new civilization. A better civilization.

The strangers came in one ship from a distant solar system. No one on Earth laid eyes on them for they communicated from a fair distance above the planet and didn't show themselves. Earth was doomed, the visitors told the planet's inhabitants. On a collision course with a large space body speeding in their direction. Scientists searched the skies, but found nothing. Still, the visitors persisted with their message of impending disaster and offered their aid.

They would transfer those humans who wished to be saved. To another planet, a waiting ship, another dimension. The exact destination is no longer known. And when the world didn't end in a fiery explosion, as the visitors had insisted it would, those few left on Earth puzzled about it for a while. Had the visitors been wrong? Was this a plot by the aliens to enslave humanity? The remaining humans waited for them to return, the ones that had been transferred so that they could rebuild or the aliens to reveal their purpose for deceiving mankind.

Eventually those left behind found each other, scattered all over the globe. They came together to form a new civilization, and this is their story.

The Virus Within: The Unranked (Book 4)

50 parts Complete

Season 4 of The Virus Within Trinity is familiar with zombies, being one herself, but when strange zombies start appearing, she realizes that the world she knew might be changing yet again. When a dangerous set of scientific notes are discovered, Trinity and her friends don't realize anything is wrong until a frantic radio call comes in. Unaware of the notes, they race to the south and struggle to determine where the strange zombies came from. The zombies are unlike any ranks previously seen, and they aren't as predictable. Some have new tricks hidden up sleeves, forcing any Stronghold they encounter to quickly adapt to the new challenge or risk being overrun. Secrets never remain hidden, and zombie apocalypses never make life easy.
