Ebony Pine- a lonely girl, living in the shadows of her 'perfect' twin brother. Crimson Tide- the new, hot guy at school with a mysterious past and a rugged leather jacket. Will she be able to overlook his past, especially when it begins to catch back up to him? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The mysterious stranger spoke softly, "I believe you're expecting me. I'm Crimson Tide." His voice was a rich, velvety tone that just melted my very core. 'Nope, nope, no thoughts about that. Studying is the priority,' I chanted inside my mind. "Nice to have you in class, Mr. Tide. There should be an open seat in the back next to Ms. Pine," Mrs. Cooley told him. We locked orbs, and he gave me a smirk that made me internally swoon. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------A/N: Cover made by CheyenneFanFics. "Would you like to dance?" the boy asks me. I stare deep into his blue eyes, but I can't figure out who he is. He's tall with dark hair and the brightest blue eyes I've ever seen. I know everyone at this school, but with his features hidden behind his mask I can't tell who he is. "Sure, I would love to." Did I just say that? I agreed to dance with a random boy who I don't know. He takes my hand and leads me to the dance floor. We dance for a few songs and then he asks me, "Would you like to take a walk? I know the perfect place." I nod and he pulls me behind him off the dance floor. We leave the hotel and start walking down a little path. At the end of the path I notice a little fountain surrounded by candles. I wonder if he set this up. We walk over to the fountain and we sit down on the edge. "I had a wonderful time tonight," says the guy. He reaches to his face and removes his mask. I recognize him immediately.
