Two Emos, meet at a hospital, they're stuck at for treatment, and end up falling in love with one another. The guy gets transferred to a different hospital, so they lose all contact, the girl isn't aware of this and tries to find him, the only way she can think to find him is to check every hospital in the country, and see if he was there. But first she needs to escape from the hospital she's at, can she escape from her hospital hell, and fond her Emo prince? Or will she fail and die somewhere in the middle of nowhere, without saying goodbye to him??
