Alexis Bohannon, a 28 year old successful business woman who lives in West Side, Atlanta, is her own boss in a cooperate establishment passed down by her father. Alexis is very independent and always did everything by herself and for herself. Although she is perfectly fine with being single and alone, what happens when her new assistance Laci Smith, a 26 year old who has recently moved to ATL, comes and turns her whole world around. Making Alexis reconsider and think about everything she's come to know and love. Will Alexis be willing to open up and let her in, not thinking about if its for the best or the worst? Alexis has yet to find out about Laci's wife back at home. How will she take it? What relationship can they possibly have with a spouse in the picture? Will Alexis have her perfect ending, or will she only be known for being a stick in the mud who uses work to cover for her happiness?
