Octavian Shepard and Crispin Knowles have known each other since the hospital. Literally. They grew up living nest door to each other, only a few feet away at any moment. Octavian loves sports. Crispin loved writing. Octavian was a C-plus student. Crispin was a A-plus one. Although they were so different, they were somehow so much alike. They told each other everything. They told each other their deepest, darkest secrets. They though they'd be friends forever. What they didn't prepare for was something so much more than that. Thanks for clicking on my story! Updates every Wednesday and Saturday! Please note.... This story contains gay material such as two males kissing! As you can see, the cover has it too! If this makes you uncomfortable, don't read! More Than Just Words Andy stopped near the edge of the yard, shoving his hands in his pockets. "Didn't mean for you to get caught up in that mess." Ameria shrugged, looking up at him. "Guess that's just part of the 'bad boy' experience." He let out a short laugh. "Yeah, something like that." There was a beat of silence. The tension between them felt different now, charged. Andy took a step closer, his eyes flicking between hers and her lips. "Tell me to stop," he murmured. Ameria's breath caught in her throat. But she didn't say a word. Before she could overthink it, Andy leaned in, pressing his lips to hers. The kiss was brief-just enough for her to taste the faint hint of mint on his breath, to feel the warmth of his hands brushing against her arm. But it sent a jolt through her, leaving her stunned when he pulled back. For the first time since she'd known him, Andy looked... uncertain. "See you around, Berry," he murmured before turning and walking back inside. He paused at the door, glancing back at her with that same cocky smirk. "I knew you were sweet." Ameria stood there, heart pounding, unsure of everything except for one thing- That kiss had changed everything.
