Year 3149, the world government known as the World Unity Association has introduced new robotic soldiers as an attempt to create a perfect system. These soldiers see no race, no gender, no sexuality, feel no hate and no love, doing as they're told, when they're told, how they're told. The truly, perfect soldier, named Seraph's for their noble quality. But even these perfect soldiers have flaws, and soon, the public is forced to realize the unsettling truth that these perfect beings are no less human than they are. And instead of making the world a safer place, earth's citizen's start to learn that Seraph's are not soldiers to enforce peace, but heartless machines build only for war.
