From the SkyGuard on the outskirts of civilization to the underground StormWatch in the inner cities, Quincy Grace has been getting closer -- and climbing higher -- towards the upper echelons of those who serve and protect the ninefold hierarchy of Celestials. These protectors are referred to as the Heaven's Regalia, represented through armaments and raiments worn on the Celestial to display their service. 

The heavens are not as calm as they seem, however. Once officially a Regalia, Quincy finds herself amidst corrupt and power-hungry Celestials, and her own isn't much help. But how much work can guarding one person be when Quincy's been in charge of towns and cities?

Apparently more than she can handle, especially when her responsibility isn't a population but a young woman about the same age with a short temper and a taste for adventure.
