For Avalon starting school halfway through senior year isn't exactly ideal. I mean c'mom she had the life back in California, America. The cute boyfriend, 3 bestest (don't care if it's not a real word.) Friends anyone could ask for, cheerleading captain and she was the valedictorian for her senior year class.

Now all of that has gone down the drain, when her mum decides to pack up and move all the way...ACROSS THE WORLD?!!!! She moved to Perth, Western Australia. She had never heard of it before but her mum had gotten a job as flight attendant over there.
