Akira was my given birth name on July 19, 2002. Nine years later, my world had shattered. It was July 18, 2011, my sister went missing. Ran away, my parents had said. But, I keep on thinking: what if there was more to that story? Five more years later, and I mastered myself to hide behind a smile. It looked genuine that I had to remind myself of my sister.
