My Savior

"I Love you" ; There I finally confessed it. It was like a heavy weight was pulled off of my chest. I waited for his reply, I kept looking deep into his eyes to see the same love but there was confusion and he was feeling uneasy.
"I don't feel the same he whispered with utmost guilt and sadness, I thought we are best friends Ana" and that's when my heart broke into million pieces.
"Uh.. Y..yeah Jay!!! Can't I say 'I love you' to my best friend? .
"Yes! Of course ! "Sheesh! I thought u loved me more than a best friend. If only he knew but as usual he got fooled by my fake expressions..
"I love you too my best friend" he hugs me with a relief washing over his face. I wish he would have said it with the same feelings the way I did..

Introvert that's what they called me and I was perfectly fine with it .Until he came and vowed to break my walls. But who knew it wouldn't be the only thing he broke.
