Izabelle downing, a regular 14-year-old (Extremely sassy) girl who's move to San Francisco proves great change in her life. Just previously, she lived in London where she was rejected by several people who told her "she wasn't enough to shine above the rest" and this put her hopes down. Ever since her parents forced her to attend a boarding school, she's held a grudge against them even if she was just beginning to like it there. Yes, she's not a wimp and does make a few friends but they just aren't enough to stop a terrible faze in her life that is yet to come.
Izabelle, because she is rejected the same yet more at her new school, gets sick of it and hides in her room, and only comes out to attend lessons. However, something captures her attention and envelopes her in this strange air of happiness and success. This isn't to help her come out of her little hole but, does it? I don't recommend reading this if you want a well written story! It's in dire need of some serious editing! Can you really leave your past behind you? Silently struggling to come to terms with the situation surrounding her parents' death, Lily hopes that finding a job and being independent will help her to get the courage she needs to move on. But things can never stay "just good", her demons from the past will always try to rear their ugly heads, ready to pounce when Lily least expects it. When it all becomes too much, Lily doesn't know if she will lay down and take it or fight to the death. She went back completely wasted and needed a place to stay for the night since her dad was on her ass about getting drunk so she stays with him.
