TMHPF or The Max Human Potential Foundation is an organisation based off of a universe where powers are distributed amongst talented individuals by transferring some cells from an unknown source. (See upcoming TMHPF story for more information) It gives the person random powers based of one of three types of injections. PA cells that grant physical prowess, MS cells thaf grant mental prowess and finally ES cells. A group in the youth foundation of this organisation was granted permission to run a sub-organisation of TMHPF called the TF or Teen Foundation.

Tag along on the adventures of a tactical artist, his younger super fast and strong sister, a superhuman, a science master and adapter, a shapeshifting bio-chemist and finally a professional gunner with enough skill to shame the likes of bounty hunter's world wide.
