Some people forget that life can be over with a small snap of the fingers - but that's something which Brooke cannot. Lost and broken, Brooke Evans lives each day like it's her last because with her heart disease, it very well could be. 

After being separated from her childhood friend, Eli; Brooke had to learn to live life on her own without him there to guide her through. However, years after being separated Brooke is faced with a new challenge entirely when Eli returns as a new person, entirely distant from the girl who needs him most. 

Both Brooke and Eli hold their secrets close to their hearts and only together can those secrets be shared. But secrets have more power than they're given credit, and these secrets are able to make or break the pair's newfound trust. 

Can their friendship survive with the strains placed on them?
