The greek Goddess of night is tired of being stepped on by Zeus. She decides to stand up for what she believes is right. With the other Gods she has gathered, will she prove her point or fail in trying to get what she wants?
For the reason of entertainment, I have made Chaos a god or being himself in my book. I would like you all to know that in greek mythology, Chaos is not a god or anything for that matter but more of a void, a never ending void. That is what created Nyx and the others, including time itself. I hope for all of you greek mythology nerds (like me) are able to look past that fact and enjoy the book anyway. I also will apologize if you think my information is incorrect or off. There might be a few things changed or missed but it is all in the name of entertainment. I hope that me skipping some points that won't be needed for this story won't be that bad for all you readers. Not everyone is perfect after all.

I am working on a novel/series. It is set on a planet much like earth. The main difference between this world and our world is on Ocean belief is real, to believe in something makes it happen. Nyx was the goddess of the night and Aether was the god of the light, their paths crossing only at dawn and dusk. Somehow, they fell in love and had a set of triplets. Some of the gods feared the children and some were overjoyed. As Nyx was giving birth, her brother, Erebus bestowed the gift of darkness on each of the three babies. Gaia was appalled at the gift and added the gift of light and earth. Nyx was afraid of what her children would be. After their birth, she noticed they were each gifted and very different. She named them Drake, Luke, and Helen. They grew to be stronger than any other human, with unique gifts and powers. When they reached adulthood, Nyx and Aether grow worried over their children's lack of control and lust for bloodshed. They needed to figure out a way to calm their beasts. Themis came to them and made a suggestion, being the goddess of animal instinct, she told them that mating would calm them. That night, Nyx spoke to Astraea, the goddess of the stars and asked for help.
