Jess and her friends all had dreams. College, exciting jobs, your usual highschool thoughts, but then it explodes as a hellish sci-fi night mare becomes reality. The school is locked down from the rest of the city after an atomic bomb is dropped by the U.S. government, and everyone notices frightening changes in those surrounding them. Strange abilities and physical changes appear in the school, and chaos and anarchy are dominant as factions of teens begin a desperate battle for the school's remaining resources.

Rumors have been flying ever since a group of scientist in the Feet City who were capable on the unsuccessful attempt of the nuclear experimentation. Due to the corrupted experiment, unexpectedly it leads to a nuclear breakage which causes the ejection of harmful chemicals and results to genetic mutation.
