In a divided kingdom, the Graceling people are second-class citizens. With average appearance and above average abilities, the Gracelings are a widespread epidemic in a country that neglects their needs. Fear powers this prejudice, as the Gracelings are superior, and could possess powers as simple as expert singing to as dangerous as fighting and killing. Naya, a young Graceling woman, works to keep her adopted Graceling family safe from the dangers presented by her surroundings and her neighbors, until her steady world is interrupted by a whirlwind of calamities and drama with disastrous results.
When a surprise invitation to an event at the royal palace goes horribly wrong, one of Naya’s friends goes too far and threatens the safety of everyone in the kingdom. Naya must decide whether to fight for her friends or her persecutors. Follow her journey in this work of fiction based off the novels Graceling, Bitterblue, and Fire written by Kristen Cashore.

Beauty and the Beast
This is a clean romance. All I wanted from tonight was to sneak out of the ball to read in the castle's grand library and suddenly the prince is guiding me to safety even though he's the one they're after. In the morning we find out that the Light of the Realms was stolen and the castle is on lock down. All the guests from the ball must be tested to see who committed the crime and to top it off the Light of the Realms was what kept this kingdom safe and without it armies are moving in. Will we find the Light of the Realms before it is to late? Will the prince be ready to lead this kingdom into war if he has to? This is a sweet middle grade/ young adult romance. It is a retelling of Beauty and the Beast. Warning: This is a rough draft! So there will be spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors. There are probably parts in the story that don't make sense, need to be changed, or characters that are acting out of character.Complete
