Once in a while, Jessie Morgenstern thinks "is this all worth it?" He was born with a certain power that his parents think of him as strange and decided they had to hide him from the world, one wrong action could take the lives of millions. But when Jessie meets a girl and discovers that she might know the truth about who and what he is, he begins to turn on family, if they even are his real family. He soon see his parents talking to the girl he met, they were arguing and she didn't seem to care. His parents discover him and disappear and the girl just grins and tells him to stick around. But who's this girl really? Does she know the truth? And is she really on his side? Or evils side? He plans to find out.
"You wanna tell me what that was all about!" Jessie shouted in anger at her.
The girl chuckled "nothin you gotta worry about, now stop you tantrum, shut up and follow me" she began walking again.
He shut up, this girl was deadly and he knew it.
