A sadistic evil scientist has created a serum that can give anyone the power to create portals to any anime or cartoon ever created. One day, the scientist decides to drink the serum. Afterwards, he creates a portal and makes a deal with kaa the snake from the jungle book. Afterward, the scientist goes undercover in different animes and send letters to hot or cute male anime characters. But those letters aren't normal letters, they're magical letters that automatically transport anime characters through auotmatically created portals that lead to the 'Jungle Book' jungle for kaa to hypnotize them. Then, send them through a portal(made by the scientist)that leads to his very secret hideout to have unspeakable experiments tested on them with unspeakable items. What will happen?
