Growing up can be hard, especially if you're doing it all by yourself while living miles away from your friends and family. But things get even harder when you discover that you're not exactly who you think you are. Suddenly everything changes... and you're forced to make decisions you never thought you'd ever have to make. But... maybe it's not so bad. Luckily for you, you have people watching - people who want to protect you. 
And then there are others.

Unfortunately for Vinnie Wynters, these decisions... and these people... will majorly affect her entire life.

[All characters - except for Vinnie Wynters - are based on the 'X-men: Evolution' cartoon series back in 2000-2003. Unfortunately, I do not own the Marvel's X-men or any of their pictures which I happened to find using Google Images. I certainly wished I owned the rights to this genius fiction because they're practically my life. But everything related to the X-men belong to Marvel and their creators like Martin Goodman, Stan Lee, and others. Now she is sixteen years old and about to choose faction. Does she choose Abnegation to find peace from her past? Or does she choose Dauntless to get revenge on her brothers? Luke Skywalker teleports, can heal very quickly, and use ice in any way he needs. Leia Organa steals life with just the touch of her skin, can fly like an angel, and is telekinetic. Danielle Al Thor controls the weather, manipulates magnetic fields, and can take on the appearance of any other person. Chewbacca may look intimidating, but he's got the brains to get anyone out of any situation. Like it or not, these five will all come together in the most unique ways to work out their mutations and find a way to rid the galaxy of the Galactic Empire and take on their name The X-Men. After World War 3 in the year 2046 the world changed a lot. Here I am living in the year 2112. The war changed the world, created new countries and destroyed a lot. The total number of countries and nations been halved since then. The world though, was quick to adapt from being a post-war wasteland to a modern utopia. The New World Government was set-up and now faces a new problems. Another thing, Since the war was fought with tremendous amounts nuclear arsenals, this war caused mutations to humans. The mutation occurred on atomic and cellular level. From minimal mutations to major mutations like physical, temporal and elemental mutations. Though its cool to have those mutations some think it as a curse for human beings. Scientists on the other hand claims it as a disease. A cellular disease caused by the widespread exposure to nuclear radiations. They call this disease as X-men syndrome referenced from 20th century fictional comics. The fictional mutations on comics and manga is now a reality. I myself, is an X-men.

While in the shadows, a highly funded and privately owned organization gets ready to deal with the Mutant threat with their mysterious 'Sentinal' robots. In between both clashing powers are the X-Men. Led by Charles Xavier, they strive for peace in a world where it's seemingly lost. And finding herself reluctantly in the middle of it all, is Anna Marie, code name Rogue. The fic will be released week by week in chapters till it fulfills a whole episode (usually about 6 or 7 chapters per episode), then continue on into the next episode till it fulfills a season. Roughly like a TV show or a mini-series.
