Being the girlfriend of the city's favorite superhero wasn't as always as glamorous as the label sounded. It came with stress, loneliness, keeping secrets, and knowing that he might miss date night while saving someone's life. For Adriana, these issues weren't important as she fell in love with Midnight Hour, the city's number one super, long before he even had powers.
With the arrival of a new villain in town though, she suddenly finds herself trapped with a whole different kind of super making her question everything she thought she had known about love, herself, and what it actually meant to be the bad guy.

Between managing a secret lair and making sure your mom doesn't stop loving you because you keep telling everyone she's dead, it's a really hard business to be good at? Add to that, the fact that somehow you got arrested because your cat sitter didn't take the day off and then you go around expressing your unconditional love for pancakes in a Super holding cell because technically they can't put you in a proper prison and you don't really have a choice because lawyers are expensive?
