Miracle Deveraux Kind, forgiving, caring, smart and overall an amazing person. One of the nicest people anyone could get the pleasure of knowing. But she struggled to believe any of this, with each day that past. She thought she was: Annoying, incompetent, worthless, an attention seeker. Replaceable. "Wow, so you're a schizophrenic?" My mom told me there were three kinds of people in the world: people that didn't care, people that cared enough, and people that cared too much. Jace Becker is a junior in highschool who is tormented daily by his bullies- Sam in particular- simply for being gay. He appears to be a normal teenager, but he has a dark secret that only one other person in the world knows. Living alone, he turns to his passion for art as a way to let his emotions out, but sometimes that proves to not be enough. Sam Larson is a sixteen-year-old closeted gay guy who, after receiving the news of his mother's death, winds up making Jace's life hell as a way of venting his grief. He lives with his twin brother, who is essentially his polar opposite. Sam secretly hates all of his "friends" except for one. Kizuato Larson is Sam's twin brother. Being kind of a recluse, he's a quiet person who is very distant and removed from his sibling. Ever since the twins' dad left when they were seven, Kizuato has been more reserved and less willing to trust people. He hates people who bully others for things that can't be changed- such as sexual orientation or race- especially after having experienced it himself for being asexual/aromantic. Nico has lived with that term all his life. Psychopath. He knew it was muttered behind his back when he walked through school. Thats how the world saw him. The boy who hears voices, the guy who talks to himself. Everyone defined him by his mental illness, and no one had ever bothered to know him. The word wasn't even accurate. Having schizophrenia was a pain sometimes, but it didn't mean Nico was crazy, even if the voices told him he was. The real ones, and the ones in his mind. The only person he could ever consider a friend would be his psychologist (aka his therapist), Jenny, who he had grown a strong connection with over the 4 years he had been going to see her. He didn't trust anyone else. Nico knew that no one would look past it all like she does. That is, until Will Solace enters the picture, the happy go lucky college student striving to be a therapist. What could go wrong? . This is a solangelo fan fiction and will have swearing, mental illnesses and there may be triggering moments that will have warnings. I will hopefully capture Nico's point of view accurately, and what he his going through, but I have never experienced schizophrenia so it may not be perfect. . Kinda going through editing?
