The second and final short story in this little series I've construed. This little sequel plays off the many heavy themes and elements presented in the first story. Around 2K words in length( upon its completion), this wraps up my first little short story Duology. This story follows the personal view of two coastal survivors, young Charla & Denny, in the wake of a nuclear apocalypse. The story intends to depict a glimpse of communities of sea-faring people and the environment they are fighting to survive in. Between perils of sea and perils of land, will the coastal peoples obtain life or death?

Losing his parents before his eyes, 'Tyrell Blackman' the protagonist of the story now seeks revenge on the person who murdered his family. With his thunder manipulation power he now trains with Arthur to get close to the murderer.

In the future city of Iron City, a metropolis encased in steel and neon, technology advances at breakneck speed, and the line between human and machine becomes increasingly blurred. In the slums, a young man named Ethan struggles to survive in this cold, unfeeling world. Without the funds to install enhancement chips, he is left behind by a society that's moving faster than ever, facing exclusion at every turn. As body modifications and brain implants become the norm, ordinary people like him can only look up at the city's elites with resignation.
