Everything seemed perfectly normal about Gabriel Wright, a fair-complexioned, bottle green-eyed eight grade graduate, someone who loses every contest he joins. Name it, he lost it. It’s not him, but everything around him, seems unusual. It looks like he was born with a perspective inclined to see anything beyond the ordinary. Strange things happen around him, and that includes his strange family. (He even thinks Wright is not a good surname to him, since everything around him is wrong.) His family seems to be connected to anything not normal, though nobody tells him the truth and says he's just insane. He doesn’t know, but maybe they are right. He had a knack of attracting anything not normal, from animals controlled by others to people mentioning rhymes to him and having an effect, usually for their fun. Yet, there are people who continuously help him, strangers driving the strange animals away or confronting the people who make fun of him. Well, he doesn’t have time to tell all the misfortunes he encountered, because he must get ready, or he’ll find his ears being murdered. Of course, he has to act fast or be locked up in his own room for the rest of the vacation.
