Note: This story's quite short. And also a little bit ( lol just kidding; hugely ) dialogue heavy.

The Bad Boy Inside The Mermaid Suit [BOOK 5]
"How did you lose your car?" The police officer, who is also, unfortunately, the man I had always loved, asked as he took his pen from his mermaid tail. What is he even wearing right now? No Cobie, don't look at his abs! "I..." I started, "I don't know how to explain it." "Start from the beginning." I know when to start; I just don't know how to explain! But either way, he should be the one explaining why he's in that in the first place! "I..." I sighed, "I was driving to Denovan and stopped in the middle of the forest." "Why?" He asked as his eyebrows raised, suddenly, he looked serious. "Did you see a wolf? A ghost? Did you saw something behind your side mirror?" He shook his head, "Cobie- I mean, Ms. Emerson, why did you stop your car?" I stayed silent for a few moments, before revealing the reason I'm not comfortable talking about most especially to the man I used to love turned stranger. "I took a shit." ~-~ Cobie Emerson and Elliot Langston had always been childhood sweethearts, until their senior high school year. The two broke up because of unknown reasons and now, they're forced to be together for some reason. Unravel the reasons behind the reasons and the fact on why Elliot freaking Langston is wearing a mermaid suit. This is The Bad Boy Inside The Mermaid Suit. ● Book 5 in The Suit Series (each book is a STANDALONE BOOK)Terminé![Hey There Cliché. Fuck Off. Hey There Cliché. Fuck Off. [complete]
"Are you ever afraid of being alone?" I asked after a while. A question that had randomly popped into my mind. I wasn't expecting him to answer me, but he did. Jonah turned his face, but I didn't look back at him, I kept staring up at the skies. He turned back to the sky and took a breather before answering. "We're always going to be alone, Rose. Always. We'll be haunted by the darkness that is our own shadow, but in every shadow there's a light." He answered, as if the simplest thing in the world. I only stared at him with a dropped jaw. That was out of this world. Especially coming from Jonah. "When does it get better?" I mumbled. "It doesn't. But to go through it with someone makes it a whole lot easier." He turned back to face me. We stared at each other for a while. He'd always occasionally look down at my lips, and I'd do the same to him. I broke it off and looked back up at the sky. -=- New York City. The place of opportunities. But what shall Rose do when there's so many of them? Jonah, the seducer with a British accent, or Cameron, equally British but sweet. Her clock is ticking. She has one year to make up her mind until the exchange program takes back all their Brits and their New Yorkers return. And so the end-of-the-year party is the final strike. Either Rose chooses...or she doesn't. *WARNING* I began this book (my first book ever) when I was like 11 or 12 years old so the first chapters (idk how many) suck, not gonna lie. I had scrapped so many ideas (that I only really wrote a few chapters of) that when I was older enough to realize the story I had going so far sucked, I didn't want to scrap again, so I finished for that sake in a span of 3 years (and ended in 2014). All in all, not my greatest work, but read on if you wish. Text Copyright © droppedintoxic™ 2014Terminé
Raindrops Book 1: Cry
"Wake up" A whisper. I pricked up my ears then, like some sort of wolf or predator listening in the distance for its prey; I held my breath and searched for the taciturn voice. The ringing was getting even louder, banging my head in an annoying manner. Slowly, I contemplated closing off the sounds of the bells and slipping away into the silent infinity. "Shay!" Then I opened my eyes. ***** Summer is supposed to be fun right? Tell that to Shay Hunter. This summer was supposed to have been the best one yet; instead, the only person that ever truly cared about her vanished like thin air With her father gone and her mother turned to alcohol for support, Shay closes her shell and finds comfort in the deepest parts of her imagination. That's when Avian shows up. He is determined to make her open up to him and Shay cannot decide if she likes the brown haired stranger that makes the butterflies in the pits of her insides run wild. Can she let herself accept this unusual human being that got her sent to the principal's office for the first time, or will she let her pride cost her the little bit of sanity she had left? Though Avian may be cheerful, he's hiding a secret; a secret that makes Shay wonder whether or not mankind is truly all born to die Could she just close up her shell once more and let her subconscious take over? Or can she fight? And maybe even inspire a certain brown haired boy with chocolaty brown eyes... THIS BOOK IS COPYRIGHTED BY THE STATE OF ONTARIO! DO NOT COPY, OR YOU CAN BE SUED. And every time, her heart betrayed her; racing, stumbling, fluttering like a caged butterfly chasing a memory. Her breath shortened, her chest tightened, and still, she said nothing. Because it wasn't her place. Because she was never meant to be seen. Until she was. Until the day she stood before him, not as a stranger in the crowd, but as his bride. The wrong bride. He had seen her before. Once in passing, her eyes barely a flicker in his peripheral vision, dismissed for a prettier pair. The second time, he saw her through a vow sealed in blood and duty. And rage erupted. Exacting. Demanding. She wasn't supposed to wear that dress. She wasn't supposed to carry his name. But now that she does... There's no turning back.Terminé
When the rain clouds disappear
Aaron felt that rain clouds surrounded him and he was perfectly comfortable with that, he didn't like people- end of story. That is until Keira, the personification of sunlight and his new next door neighbour comes along and flips his entire love for solitude on its head. Then the rain clouds begin to disappear... Aaron sat and listened to me as shadows danced off his jaw, I watched as it flexed. "I cant believe anyone could find you too much" he said looking almost perplexed by the idea of it. "I mean your laugh, your voice, your smile, it all fits you so perfectly" My breath hitched at his words. No one had ever said that to me it felt almost like a confession of some sorts. Intimately whispered in the soft lighting of my kitchen like a secret being told. I laughed then to break the intense atmosphere that had taken over but it just made his eyes crinkle and his dimples appear. "Oh" was all I could say. I was actually speechless. I mean what could I say to that without spilling my guts to him. Hi! This is a grumpy x sunshine, next door neighbour, he's obsessed with her and she's oblivious to it romcom. Also this is my first ever attempt at writing so please leave any feedback/ improvements you feel I can make in the comments lol. Also I don't usually read over my writing so sorry for any mistakes.Terminé
The makeover
"You know you still want me." he said cockily. "As if!" I yelled at him. "I must say, I like the new look." he all but smirked. ************************** Alex was the shy, quiet nerd that nobody talked to. Although, she was shy at school she was quit loud, crazy , and pretty sarcastic. She just thought that nobody at school was worth her time. Damien was your typical cocky jock. He had the girls, the 'followers', and he was the captain of the soccer team. Now, you're probably wondering how they both fit in to the story. Well, they used to date. It just didn't end well. So, Alex now hates Damien. For the reason that he stole her heart and that he is, as she put it, "an egotistical asshole". ============================= Ok. So this is my first story I don't know how it will turn out. So, please comment and tell me how you think it's going. Oh and mild language.Terminé
Memories With Rain || ✓
"I admit that I don't deserve you, but you know how greedy I am for you, I am selfish for you. Cause I never wanted to give up on you. I almost lost myself in you." "I love you! I love you more than anything! But.. if loving you is so wrong and, if you don't feel good.. then I'll stop being selfish." "Sorry for demanding you to stay longer. You knew it was wrong, and I made it more difficult. I loved you, but.. I was being selfish..." The rain had started to leave. He hugged her more tightly feeling nervous about what he was about to say next. "If we divorce now.. will I stop being a burden?" She didn't say anything but took off her ring and gave it on his hand. He nodded and pulled out the documents but she didn't let it go. "Don't even bother hesitating. I promise, your life will get easier." She nodded. He took them and signed. "You are finally free...!!" • • She has suffered enough. It still hurts but hide it inside. Cynical Souls
COMPLETED✅ Two high school teenagers finding themselves, analyzing this ever changing world, and building love. This is the type of love you wish you found in high school but probably know way too well that it only exists as fiction. Today I'm turning my fiction to reality. ❣️•••❣️ Excerpt: Just as I was about to seek shelter under some building's roof, the tires of a car come to a halt, I wonder who might pity the lonely girl walking in the rain. The passenger window rolls down, and I spot the most unexpected person seated behind the wheel. "Get in" comes out his voice, and I must've stood there agape for a few moments because next comes his rhetorical question. "Are you getting in or continuing walking in the rain?" Eyebrows raised expectantly. He sounds annoyed, like he regrets his decision to ever stop and help me. ❣️•••❣️ #5 in cynical #2 in loveandfriendship #1 in opinionated #4 in ihatelife #10 in nerdgirl #10 in HighschoolRomance #26 in GoodGirlBadBoy *contains mature themes. *contains cursing.Terminé
A Christmas to Remember
‹ Originally published on December 08, 2018. › ===== Sunset jumps out in front of a car in a blizzard, hoping to end it all, but it turns out better than she could've thought. ===== In the middle of a blizzard, Sunset throws herself out in front of a car that stops just in time not to kill her, which leads to her having a Christmas in a... different way than even she would deem normal. Tell me what you think. I look forward to reading comments. 12/28/18 4:32 AM: I came up with this idea to see if anyone who reads this can find all of the references I made in this story (evidently I made more than I thought) 1/16/2019 3:50 PM: I'm going to add the narcotics tag to it. It shall be needed. 2/5/19 7:16 PM: I added the "sex" tag, just to be safe because of a small scene involving a certain pair of lovers. 3/1/19 10:45 AM: For the blooper/gag scenes, I want you guys in the comments to give me suggestions.Terminé
