A Time to Die

Following the tragedies at the Complex in Lincoln Square, Carter and the gang have to seek refuge in the only place where both normal citizens and those with abilities do not want to tread, Crighton. In a town populated by ghosts, Carter can relax enough to try and figure out what to do next. It's been a couple of years since the country found out the extent of what people with his condition can do and the regulation of people with his genetic disease is starting to tighten more around them all.

Carter will have to watch his back at every turn, because there are more forces at work than the government or even the terrorist group he is running from. In this final installment, we find out just how Carter becomes a legend and left to wonder if it was worth it.
