Tyler and Josh have always been best friends but when high school arrives they start to grow apart. One day Jenna makes an announcement to the class that Tyler was in an accident and is now in a coma.
Josh tries his best to stay by Tyler's side but as memories from the past come flooding back, Josh realises he is falling hard for the boy in the coma.
