Summary: While Effie was with Haymitch and Finnick was with Annie, Finnick and Effie became good friends and they nearly fell in love with each other. But in the end, will they end up togeter? Notes: I did some alterations with the real details on Catching Fire so I really hope you would dig this. This happened during the Catching Fire. I had this Finnick x Effie thing in mind when I saw Sam (Finnick) and Joshua's tweets about Elizabeth (Effie).
