Story starts with a child who is captured by a secret and powerful alliance of strangers also known as Quantum Brigade. The alliance puts this child through very intense training and experiments, while injecting him with various shots of a mysterous material that give him special abilities .As time passes by the child grows up and escapes the horrid place. Now he goes around assassinating the leaders and freeing the new children they captured. While he's on his journey for revenge he meets a women the same age as him, hunting down this organization that tortured him all his life. The woman's objective might be the same but she's with an organization that only uses people with special skills and abilities. The man(child ,hes just older) life was in danger and the woman who was goi  will happen next? will she run away with him? Will the organization's join together to take them down? Will they fall in love?  Or will she reject and kill him? Your quench for curiosity will not be satisfied.
