The lights slowly flickered on, one by one until all twelve hanging lights were lit. The group of scientists stepped in, gloves snapped on and masks tied tightly as they prepare their new guinea pigs.
Grabbing her soft, long, flowing black hair, The man called Temple sliced away her beautiful locks. He needed to ensure she was bacteria free.
Walking up to the boy who had short blonde hair, another man, Ashe, took a pair of clippers and began to shave his head. Looking at their watches, they gave eachother a nod.
"Specimens prepped for head examination. Send in the carts"
Seconds later, eight carts were bussed into the large laboratory room. Filled with scalpels, forceps, syringes, needles, and medical grade sewing thread, four were given to each scientist. As they awaited their order.
Then the boss's voice filled the room on the intercom
"I want their frontal lobe exposed and prepped for the chips"
Werewolves have lived in pure secret for centuries. . . until the secret breaks.
And for werewolf-in-hiding Lia Deliz, it may just be the end of the world.

The line started moving and I could feel myself growing increasingly anxious. Green light after green light, there was only one more person in front of me and it was my best friend.
It didn't take long for the next two stations to open up and we slowly made our way over together.
"Name?" The doctor asked monotonously. She had probably done hundreds of these tests today and nothing had changed.
My heart was racing as I tried to breathe calmly, "Lia Deliz."
She crossed my name off the list and barely even looked at me. "Please hold out your left arm so I can draw some blood." I obeyed.
Everything happened in slow motion. She dabbed an alcohol wipe on my skin, inserted the tiny needle for four seconds, and placed it into the machine to read my blood.
Please don't do this. Please don't work.
My worst nightmare was happening right before me and I couldn't do anything to stop it. Everyone was watching, everyone would see what I really was.
The light flashed red.
"Miss Deliz?" The doctor's voice shook but I already knew what she was going to say, "It's positive."
