It's held once a year, in various locations in Fiore. This time, it's being held at a beach town called Sheall City. It lasts 7 days, and the festivities include parades, rides, fireworks, etc. The Mahōtsukai festival celebrates the Wizards and magic that make Fiore what it is now. (Mahōtsukai is Japanese romaji for Mage)
